WARRANTY POLICY:

  • Our Warranty Policy is a very simple one, if you have purchased a product from us it will be covered for a minimum of (1) one year from the date of purchase.
  • Should any manufacture have longer than a one year warranty policy it will be honored by South Shore Archery Supply.
  • Should you have a warranty issue that requires returning the product for repair or replacement you will be supplied with a return label from the manufacture or South Shore Archery, you will never be responsible for any return shipping cost due to a warranty issue.
  • We believe exceptional customer service starts with us, if you have any issue during the warranty period it is our responsibility to handle the issue on your behalf. We have a one call and you are done policy, simple call 813-545-0754 and let us handle any and all manufacture issues due to a warranty problem.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Before you ship any product to us we ask for you to contact us for a return authorization.
  • Please send your request to info@southshorearcherysupply.com requesting the refund. If you ship before you get an authorization the package will be refused and sent back to you at your expense!
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund or store credit.
  • Products must be new and if in a sealed package the seal must be intact! 
  • DO NOT OPEN PRODUCTS YOU INTEND TO RETURN! 
  • We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping in the event of a warranty issue.
  • If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process. Call us and get an authorization and send the item(s) back. They must be in there original packaging and in condition to be resold as new. 
  • Custom Arrows or Bare Arrow Shafts that have been cut or shot may only be returned if they have a defect in the shaft or components due to a manufacturing issue or our workmanship.
  • These guidelines are also in effect for special order arrows & bare shafts. Once a special order is placed and our suppliers have shipped the arrows the sale is final and they do not qualify for a refund unless they are defective. 
  • In the event Custom Arrows or Bare Shafts are returned because defect or a workmanship issue we will glady issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you including the expense of returning them to us. 

NOTICE

  • We will gladly run numbers using On Target II or Archers Advantage for any customer who would like to take advantage of this free service. To have numbers run please call our shop 9a to 5p M-Saturday @ 813-545-0754. 
  • We will gladly provide you with the results of On Target 2 or Archers Advantage but the final decision of choosing the proper arrow is the responsibility of you the customer.
  • Providing this information does not place the responsibility of choosing the proper arrow for your setup with South Shore Archery Supply or SSAS Buyers Club. 
  • If the decision is made by S.S.A.S. to issue a refund for any reason other than a warranty issue, the refund will be for the purchase price of the arrows or bare shafts less a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping charges incurred by S.S.A.S. on the original order. 
  • Your satisfaction with every purchase is very important to us. If there has been an error on our part in fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation for you.
  • If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, all merchandise (unless otherwise indicated below) may be returned for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges, custom fees and restocking fees) within 15 days from date of shipment.
  • If you would like to request a refund please email us at info@southshorearcherysupply.com or call us for a return authorization number at 1-813-545-0754. The returned item must be in unused and new condition including the sealed/saleable original manufacturer's packaging (including Styrofoam/packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools etc.) with manufacturer's documentations (manuals, warranty cards, registration information etc) in.
  • Special orders or personalized orders, close-outs, specials, software, books, CD's, DVD's, Custom Arrows/Shafts, may not be returned under any circumstance other than to be exchanged due to a defect.
  • Because of insurance reasons, tree stands, bows, crossbows and black powder rifles may not be returned if the boxes have been opened. These items are covered under manufacturer warranties and customers should contact the manufacturer with repair and warranty issues. Approval of returned merchandise is at the discretion of South Shore Archery Supply management as to the item(s) condition and ability to be returned.  
  • Our acceptance of a UPS/USPS/FedEx package does not constitute approval of a returned item.
  • Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of SSAS as to the item's condition and ability to be returned. Returns received after 30 days will carry a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping fees incurred by SSAS.
  • Returned items that are not in original packaging and/or showing any signs of use, installation or wear will carry a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping fees incurred by SSAS or may be refused entirely depending upon the severity of wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is used, damaged or deemed un-sellable for any reason. 
  • If a refund is issued any and all fees incurred by SSAS such as original order shipping fees, custom order fees etc will be deducted from the original purchase price of the item plus the 20% restocking fee.

Making an order and cancelling it in order to scam or cheat our store is illegal. Any order that is fraudently placed will result in a 20% fee plus any incurred expenses to resolve the issue with our credit card company.

Return shipping will only be refunded in the event of an error made by SSAS or a warranty issue. All COD's sent to SSAS will be refused and returned to sender.
